The Missouri Arabian Horse Association was formed in 1957 by a dozen owners and breeders of Arabian horses, for the purpose of promoting this ancient and beautiful breed in our area. Since those early dozen members, MAHA has grown to its current membership of 136.

MAHA is affiliated with Arabian Horse Association which coordinates the efforts of many Arabian horse clubs in the United States and Canada.Some of MAHA's activities include an active youth group, a regular newsletter, a highpoint program, memberships meetings, an annual awards banquet and the annual Class A Arabian Horse Show/Lois Kemper Memorial Dressage Show.
